When Salvatore Scotto first opened his doors for business in 1985, he had visions of serving New Haven County the combined excellence of delectable cuisine he'd mastered while cooking across Italy and Connecticut with a great atmosphere. Over 30 years later his vision remains a reality as a second generation has continued to carry on this tradition.
