About Us
The Saga of the Sassy Seafood Sisters
Our story starts a long time ago. Little did we know that when our parents got married, it was the beginning of a “sisterhood” and lifelong adventure. We were the two in the family to love restaurants and both worked in the industry in and around Connecticut, Florida and Arizona. When our futures were up in the air, we found ourselves back in Connecticut working at the same restaurant. This place felt like home to us so when it was possible, we bought it! For the past twelve years we have been the proud owners of Dockside Seafood and Grill located in the Bruce and Johnson, Safe Harbor Marina, Branford, CT.
We are excited to venture up the river to join the Dauntless Shipyard, Safe Harbor Marina family in Essex.
