Fireside Brick Oven opened in November, 2010. The Arpin family purchased Fireside in March, 2019, bringing with them the experience of owning three previous restaurants and working in the industry for the past 25 years. Along with their two daughters, Dillan and Kaydance, they hope they can share with you their love of food and and the joy of dining with the ones you love. Conveniently located on Route 12 in Gales Ferry, CT directly across the street from the Ocean State Job Lot plaza, Fireside Brick Oven offers guests the options to dine in the casual, open kitchen restaurant, sit on the patio during the summer, and order carry out or delivery. Fireside Brick Oven is about celebrating the art of authentic wood fired brick oven cooking. Fireside's menu includes a variety of appetizers, specialty rice bowls, fresh garden salads, gourmet sandwiches on fresh baked bread, daily specials, and of course amazing wood fired pizza.
