Our products are sourced and secured through a network of local farmers and suppliers that care about food quality and sustainability; then we add our Latin American/Global flavors to give them the respect they deserve.
We strive to provide the best local ingredients you may find, giving our guests the opportunity to custom-build a variety of salad combinations. We also offer composed salads that can easily be a meal by themselves or a healthy side dish for your dinner, quick lunch or backyard reunion.
Puerto Lima also offers an assortment of Panini sandwiches built on artisan breads, or if you prefer, a fresh wrap. Finally, grab-and-go options such as yogurt parfaits and fruit salads will also be available. Our menu will be seasonal and feature the best produce our land has to offer.
