About Us
As a child Caitlin always dreamed of opening a restaurant; she used to pretend by serving food to her parents and siblings balancing plates on her hands. Caitlin is attending Three Rivers Community College majoring in Business Administration and will be graduating in January of 2021 with high honors.
James Beaulieu has been cooking for over twenty years, which has been one of his passions and something he is so good at doing, he will be the head chef. James and Caitlin have two children, Andrew and Shirley, who are the inspiration for the name Anley's Restaurant.
James and Caitlin will be making the restaurant a success for the children. One thing they try to instill in Andrew and Shirley is to always work hard to achieve your goals. With hard work, determination and passion, all dreams will come true!
