Carla Gennuso, executive chef and founder of Loveridge Place, is producing her heavenly creations in the newly established kitchen in Pawcatuck, on the border of Connecticut and Rhode Island, combining rich cultural traditional recipes with modern equipment and production methods to create first-class delicacies. Most products are hand-made using only the finest ingredients, locally-sourced whenever possible.
