About Us
Charlie Caratasios "Papou" made the long voyage from Greece to America on two ships, The Olympia and Queen Frederica liners in 1956. His good friend Tommy opened Tommy's Pizza Palace in Portland in 1965 and Charlie purchased it in 1975. Now on the second and third generation of the Caratasios family, Charlie's son Billy, his wife Sarah, and four children, continue on the business.
Since day one, we have been dedicated to our customers and have molded our menu to please as many customers as we can. Most of our dishes are made from scratch. We are committed to provide the best quality food and service. Our menu options are diverse and allow our customers to always leave satisfied. We feature natural meats, fresh seafood, and seasonal homegrown produce in attempt to make each dish special.
