These Official Rules govern every "Sports Foodie Games" free promotional game ("Game") made available on Let's See The Menu.com ("LSTM," "we," "us"). Each individual Game is a free restaurant-sponsored prize promotion — not a wager, bet, or paid contest. The local restaurant or business shown on that Game's entry page is the "Sponsor." By entering a Game, you agree to these Official Rules.
Games are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of LSTM and the sponsoring restaurant for that specific Game are not eligible to enter that Game. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Each Game runs for the dates shown on that Game's entry page. To enter, visit the Game page, provide your name and email address, and choose a team outcome as shown. Entry is free. No purchase, payment, tip, or donation is required, and making a purchase at the Sponsor or anywhere else does not improve your chances of winning. Limit on entries per person may apply per Game and per Sponsor, as shown on the entry page; entries beyond any stated limit will not be counted.
Winners are not selected by chance, lottery, or random draw. Every entrant whose pick matches the verified final outcome of the sporting event, as reported by a recognized public sports data source, is a winner and is notified by email with redemption instructions. There is no point spread, odds line, or wagering element. There is no limit on the number of winners in a given Game beyond the entry and redemption limits stated on that Game's page and section 5.
Prizes are provided directly by the Sponsor and are described on each Game's entry page (for example, a menu item, a percentage discount, or a store credit at the Sponsor's location). Prizes are restaurant items or restaurant benefits only, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. No cash or other substitute will be offered in place of a stated prize, except that LSTM or the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
Winners redeem their prize in person at the Sponsor's location by presenting the QR code and confirmation PIN provided in their winner notification email. The Sponsoring restaurant administers redemption at its location. Redemption is subject to the redemption window and any monthly or per-event caps set by the Sponsor and shown on the Game page; once a Sponsor's stated cap is reached, remaining verified winners for that period will not be able to redeem until the Sponsor's next period begins. Unredeemed prizes have no cash value and expire as stated in the winner notification.
The Sponsor, prize, and start/end dates for each Game are disclosed on that Game's entry page before you enter. LSTM operates the Games platform on behalf of participating Sponsors; LSTM is not the Sponsor and does not itself provide prizes.
Information you submit to enter a Game is used to notify you of results and to facilitate prize redemption, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
LSTM and participating Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entry they believe in good faith to be fraudulent, duplicative, or in violation of these Official Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify a Game if it is not capable of running as planned. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state in which LSTM is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Sweepstakes and promotion requirements can vary by state; if any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid in a jurisdiction, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
